After more than thirty years of ballooning adventures, we have expanded our air squadron with the Irbis. We’ve always loved the outdoors, so we built a tailwheel plane.
Driven by their desire to fly, Ales and Nada Kubicek along with 10 friends, designed and built their first flying balloon in 1983. Their dream lives on through their son Petr, his wife Monica, and the 140 craftsmen at Kubicek Balloons who have built more than 2000 balloons and now even the Irbis airplane for a new generation of pilots throughout the world.
