Maintain top performance with varied propane quality and in changing climates.
Because we are asking the Ignis burner to operate throughout the world including places which are either hot or cold and with variable propane quality we have designed the burner to be simple to adjust. The Ignis is fitted with a number of fixed jets and 6 removable jets that stand a little higher than the others. One or more of these jets can be replaced with blanks to change the fuel flow and optimize the burner‘s performance.
Your Ignis will be set up for your operating area and it will come with a small bag of blank and regular jets in case you change your flying area.
Every burner unit comes in one of the two options:
One-hose system - the pilot flame is supplied by the liquid phase through a vaporizer. This is the standard system throughout Europe and the USA.
Two-hoses system - with this option the pilot flame has its own hose to take vapor from the top of the fuel cylinder. This is a great system for flying in areas where the quality of the propane is low. The disadvantage of the two-hose system is that you require a master cylinder for each burner unit.
A change between the systems is possible.
